We say plainly where AI is doing the work. When you talk to one of our products, you're talking to an AI, and it will tell you so. Patrick builds them in partnership with Claude, Anthropic's AI, and we put that on the record rather than in the fine print.
Every product has a person accountable for it. If something goes wrong, write to us and it gets fixed, by Patrick or with him.
