These terms cover betterbotllc.com and conversations with Better Bot LLC through our Facebook Pages. Each product (Feel Better Bot, Family History Film) has its own terms on its own site, and those govern your use of that product and any purchase you make there.

AI assistance

Our Messenger conversations are answered by an AI assistant. It can make mistakes. Genealogical findings are research leads, not legal or official records, and should be checked against the sources we cite.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site or in our conversations is legal, medical, financial or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.

Acceptable use

Don't use our services to harass anyone, to break the law, or to try to make the assistant produce harmful content.

Liability

We provide this site and these conversations as-is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. New Mexico law governs these terms.
